KDW330 Portable Melt Thermometer

KDW330 portable melting thermometer is an instrument developed for measuring the temperature of molten metal in the smelting process of smelting, casting and other industries.

The instrument adopts single-chip microcomputer, measurement sensor device, and a variety of processing to make the instrument work stably for a long time.

The instrument is matched with a suitable thermocouple for precise temperature measurement in a variety of melting occasions.

KDW330 portable melting thermometer adopts the integrated design of thermometer and temperature measuring gun, and adopts shock-resistant and high-brightness LED display and all-metal shell design according to the characteristics of harsh working environment and high temperature at the melting temperature measurement site.

This instrument has:

1. The temperature value is automatically maintained when the temperature is measured.

2. The light and buzzer synchronously prompt the end of temperature measurement (lift the test gun) function.

3. Alarm functions such as broken couple, outgoing range, power supply undervoltage, etc.

4. The power supply adopts nickel-metal hydride rechargeable battery (the temperature can be measured thousands of times after charging).

5. Turn on the power supply, when there is no signal input for 2 minutes, automatically disconnect the power function.

This instrument can be equipped with 5 kinds of thermocouples at the same time.

Due to the anti-electromagnetic measures adopted by this instrument, the temperature can be measured in the furnace without power failure when the intermediate frequency furnace is energized and smelted.
