Structural features:
The P-2 metallographic sample polishing machine is composed of basic components such as welding support, work table, polishing disc, polishing fabric, polishing cover and switch box. Two polishing discs are installed on the work surface, which can be operated by two people at the same time, which is easy to use. Both motors are placed in the lower part of the work table and are connected to the table by a fixing piece. The taper sleeve used to fix the polishing disc is connected to the motor shaft by screws. The polishing fabric is fastened to the polishing disc by ferrules, and the start and stop of the motor can be controlled by the switch mounted on the switch box respectively, and after the motor starts, the specimen can be polished by hand by applying pressure to the rotating polishing disc. The polishing slurry added during the polishing process can be drained through a drain pipe in a plastic dish fixed to the countertop.
