KD-TS8 furnace pre-furnace molten iron quality management instrument adopts original components, with high measurement accuracy, stable use and long service life. The pre-furnace thermal analysis takes the solidification temperature change of the cast iron microstructure formation process as the measured object, and the computer analyzes the solidification temperature change to obtain the characteristic points of the waveform under different components. According to the characteristic points of temperature change, the carbon equivalent (CE%), carbon content (C%), silicon content (Si%), nodularity (SG%), tensile strength (RM) and other properties of molten iron are calculated. The detection time of the thermal analyzer is about 1 minute and 30 seconds, and the detection is completed within the time that the molten iron can wait, and then the composition of the molten iron is adjusted according to the automatically calculated amount of carburizer, ferrosilicon, and scrap steel, and the qualified molten iron composition is obtained and then poured.
